We do not provide regulated financial services.

3. Merchandise

Physical goods purchased through our shop are subject to availability. Product descriptions are provided for guidance only.

4. Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide access to curated benefits such as exclusive content, updates, priority access, or partner offerings. Subscription details, billing frequency, and pricing are clearly displayed prior to purchase.

Subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Services (Marketing, Consulting, Events, Catering)
• Fees paid for services already delivered are non-refundable.
• For project or retainer services, cancellation terms will be outlined in the individual agreement.
• Event or catering bookings may be subject to minimum notice periods for cancellation, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Merchandise
• Customers may request a return within 5 days of receiving physical goods, provided items are unused and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.

Subscriptions
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via the account area or by contacting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Partial refunds for unused subscription periods are not provided unless required by law.
